Passing-Setting-Attacking-Defense-Skill Camps

Passing Camp
This camp is solely designed for fundamental skill development of passing. This half-day, intense camp will focus on forearm and overhead passing. Campers will be divided by skill and placed in groups where they will improve and be challenged. This camp will benefit all players looking to improve their passing.

Defense Camp
This camp is solely designed for fundamental skill development at the libero and defensive specialist positions. This half-day intense camp will focus on serving and defense. Campers will receive a lot of repetitions in all phases of these positions. They will be divided by skill and placed in groups where they will improve and be challenged. While this camp is targeted at players who play the libero or defensive specialist positions, it is certainly NOT limited to those players. This is a great camp for any player wanting to improve their backrow skills.

Attacking Camp
This camp is solely designed for fundamental skill development of attackers. This half-day intense camp will focus on attacking footwork, arm swing and strategy. This camp also introduces position specific training of outside, middle, and right-side hitters. They will be divided by skill and placed in groups where they will improve and be challenged.

Setting Camp
This camp is solely designed for fundamental skill development at the setting position. This camp will focus on technique, footwork and game strategy for setters. They will be divided by skill and placed in groups where they will improve and be challenged.
