Elite Flyer Camp

Our Elite Flyer Camp is geared toward the more experienced player. While it is open to any and all entrants, EFC is a good fit for individuals that have high school varsity or club experience. This camp will offer the opportunity to find out more about being a collegiate volleyball player. It will include a campus tour and sessions on strength and conditioning and Q & A’s with current UD players. This camp is a great opportunity to train like the Flyers!

What to Bring: T-shirt and shorts, kneepads and socks, athletic court shoes, water bottle, money for the camp store.

Meals:

All meals are included for Residential Campers.
The following meals will be provided for commuters who choose the meal option…Lunch Day 1 and 2, Dinner Day 1.
